Matthew has a strong background in global talent mapping and pipelining and brings experience of both strategic and operational roles to his current role as CEO. He continues to lead a strong client portfolio – with a focus on Technology and Financial Services. Matthew has a BSc from the London School of Economics and a Masters from Goldsmiths College University of London.
Jane Cotterill is responsible for Armstrong Craven's business support and human resource activity. She plays a crucial role in empowering and inspiring individuals to strive towards finding new ways of improving the way we work, and in ensuring consistently high quality service delivery to our clients. As HR Director, Jane is instrumental to the performance of key areas of our business from recruitment and on-boarding to employee relations and business planning, career development and reward. Jane is passionate about making Armstrong Craven a great place to work and supporting people to achieve their potential. Prior to joining Armstrong Craven in 1999, Jane worked in senior support roles in recruitment, publishing and telecommunications.
Rachel advises global organisations on all aspects of talent management and helps them achieve strategic objectives in this area. She is responsible for all aspects of client delivery as well as the management and development of Armstrong Craven's client teams. Rachel has built close relationships with FTSE 100 organisations and retains key client contact. Rachel attained a Masters in Chemistry and French and brings valuable expertise in the lifesciences and industrial sectors and a particular focus on diversity and workforce optimisation.

Prior to joining Armstrong Craven Teresa gained in-depth knowledge in reward, executive search and HR consultancy - including delivering career transition service to board level executives. Working closely with clients from all sectors and countries, Teresa has created solutions to meet a range of challenges; from succession planning to improving diversity. She advises clients on solutions for talent planning, talent pooling, market intelligence, executive search and candidate management. Working at board level, she also supports client HR teams to position and gain buy-in for key people initiatives.

Heather Travis is Director, Asia Pacific at Armstrong Craven based in Singapore. Heather’s responsibility is to continue the globalisation of the business through our operations in Asia Pacific. Heather is responsible for business development and relationship management with a focus on expanding and building strategic partnerships across all industries in the Asia Pacific region.Heather has more than 25 years’ experience in the executive research and resourcing industries, working across a number of business sectors with a global remit. Heather is also joint Chairman of the Executive Research Association (ERA).
