Rachel was part of the team involved in the MBO of Armstrong Craven in 2013.

She joined Armstrong Craven in 1998 and is responsible for business development and driving the sales performance of the business globally.

She previously held roles as COO and Practice Lead, responsible for driving the global growth of the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice.

Joint Managing Director

Peter joined Armstrong Craven in August 2019.  He has a background in HR consulting and recruitment, and has worked for listed and private equity backed recruitment companies in leadership roles.

 As Joint Managing Director Peter takes a lead on the commercial activities of Armstrong Craven, managing our experienced team of Client Partners and helping to further develop the exceptional client relationships that the company enjoys.

 Through over 20 years in recruitment and several years in HR consultancy Peter has gained significant experience of successfully managing the performance of commercial teams and re-shaping organisations, as well as leading and developing people.

Olivia Wynn

Director Switzerland and Practice Director – HCLS

Olivia joined Armstrong Craven in 2010 and has over 15 years of experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences.

She is responsible for Global HCLS client accounts, advising and supporting our key HCLS clients, on solutions for achieving strategic goals through exceptional talent strategies, in the US, LATAM, EMEA and APAC.

Olivia started her career working for a medical devices company in Switzerland before joining the executive search industry over a decade ago. She has a Joint Hons European BA in pharmaceutical marketing and international business management, is French national and fluent in English.

David Hoare

David Hoare

Director of Insights & Talent Analytics

David works with Armstrong Craven’s global client base to design and deliver bespoke Insight and Talent Mapping services, including location feasibility projects, competitor benchmarking, reputational insight, talent pool sizing, market entry analysis and diversity studies.

He moved to his current role in December 2019  and has over 10 years’ experience with Armstrong Craven, in a range of operational and commercial roles.

He is passionate about continuous improvement and delivering exceptional solutions to our clients and has a strong track record in leading complex, large scale programmes of work for international, blue-chip organisations. He joined the business in 2006 and holds a BA (Hons) degree from the University of Manchester.

Director, Asia Pacific

Helen is Director, Asia Pacific for Armstrong Craven. She joined the company in 2015 and previously held the position of Global Senior Client Partner across the Consumer and Industrial sectors, before being promoted to her current role working across all clients and industry sectors in 2018.

She has over 15 years of experience in executive search, recruitment and talent consultancy and prior to joining Armstrong Craven held a senior in-house talent acquisition role within GroupM (part of the WPP Group).

Leslie Lazarus

Head of Americas

Leslie Lazarus is Armstrong Craven’s Head of Americas and is responsible for Business Development and growing the US operations. She has an extensive background in executive search. With more than 15 years' experience with global and boutique executive search firms, Leslie has worked with public and private companies, as well as private equity, in multiple industries on senior and C Level placements.

She has vast experience working in the US and globally, in both in-house and consultancy roles. Leslie joined Armstrong Craven in 2019 as part of Armstrong Craven’s latest expansion, aimed at providing clients with a truly global approach to talent acquisition.

Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont
