We have seen significant growth this year and want to continue our growth by recruiting in to our global business development team.

The role

Our Client Partner roles are a mix of new business and existing client development, partnering with senior HR and Talent Acquisition teams on a global basis to help them identify their executive level talent challenges and deliver the solutions.

Aligned to one of our key practice areas, you will build and maintain relationships with your clients, presenting innovative, creative, and sector leading solutions, becoming their go to person for global talent mapping, pipelining and insight.

What we look for

We are looking for people who are truly consultative, skilled at solutions sales and able to build lasting client partnerships.

You will have a background in Executive Search, recruitment or talent assessment and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in winning business and growing client revenues.


Key requirements:

  • Experience working with Senior HR and Talent Acquisition leaders.
  • In-depth understanding of the talent market and its challenges
  • Possess high levels of emotional intelligence
  • Have recent experience of working within the Life Sciences market
  • Ideally you will be commutable to either our London or Hale offices

Desirable requirements:

  • Experience of international sales
  • Foreign language skills
