Graduate sought for a fast-paced, challenging, research-based but people-oriented career as a global Headhunter with Armstrong Craven.
You don’t need a flashy CV - you've only just finished undergraduate studies, so our expectations are realistic. However, you do need to be someone who combines tenacity in research with the people skills to pick up the phone and speak to global leaders in their fields.
The Healthcare & Life Sciences practice at Armstrong Craven works with clients ranging from global top-10 pharmaceutical companies through to emerging biotech. Our specialism is our client, so we make sure we understand their organisation, science, products, strengths and challenges. You could be looking for a Principal Scientist in Cell Culture Development, a Senior Vice President for Immunology, a Director of Procurement LatAm or the Chief Scientific Officer for an R&D hub in China (all current or very recent projects). And yes, we do have clients who are working on the COVID19 vaccines.
There is no classroom or length training sessions. This role will have you involved in business-critical projects from day one. An experienced colleague will guide, support and mentor you throughout. Struggles and mistakes are expected, will be covered and will be picked up as 'teachable moments' where learning, growth and development can happen. We want you to succeed.
