We are seeking experienced Business Development professionals to join us as Client Partners across the organisation, ideally with experience within the Healthcare & Life Sciences or Financial Services sector.

Our Client Partner roles are a mix of new business and existing client development so we are looking for people who are truly consultative, skilled at solutions sales and building lasting client relationships. It’s about helping clients identify the need and scope the solutions to their talent challenges.

If you are proven in selling HR/Recruitment solutions and are looking for something different to transactional Executive Search/ Recruitment sales role then we would love to hear from you.  

These roles can be based anywhere within the UK as regular European and some international travel will be a key requirement of these roles.
