COVID-19 Response


We have a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan in place. This is integral to our business and we are confident that our robust approach to business and risk management will ensure we can continue to run our business efficiently.

We have carried out a detailed and specific risk assessment across our business in relation to the potential consequences of COVID-19. We have identified the key requirements to enable us to function under a range of foreseeable scenarios and our plan is being kept under constant review.

 

Operational measures

We have invested in our technology infrastructure over recent years to ensure that our business can continue to operate during difficult periods such as the one we are all currently experiencing.

Our people have always had the ability to work from home and can remotely access all our systems in an efficient and secure IT environment, as if they were working from one of our offices. Flexible working has long been a benefit we offer to all our staff, so the shift to full-time home working has been seamless.

We have the facilities to re-direct our telephone lines to mobile telephones and operate a sophisticated video conferencing facility, allowing us to collaborate internally and work with clients via digital channels.

  • We have agile communication and knowledge sharing systems that have allowed us to react quickly, moving to a home-based workforce.
  • We work on a cloud-based CRM / ATS system that enables everyone to work on any client projects remotely.
  • All working files are also stored in a cloud-based environment, ensuring all staff can access documents at all times.

The safety of our people and clients

The health, safety and well-being of our people and clients is of paramount importance to us. We are therefore monitoring the evolving government advice very closely and implementing additional changes to working practices accordingly.  Our business practices will remain in line with the official guidelines from the government and health organisations in each country where we operate.

The coronavirus outbreak is a constantly evolving situation both in terms of infection rates and the impact on individuals and business. While we cannot predict when the impact will start to subside, we believe that the economic and business disruption will ultimately be short-lived.

In the meantime, we want to reassure you that we are taking sensible and proportionate precautions to minimise the potential impact of coronavirus on our clients, people and operations while ensuring business as usual during this busy period.
