At Armstrong Craven, we are delighted to announce Catherine Neville’s new position as our UK Commercial Director. Catherine joins our leadership team, and will take an active role in developing our commercial strategy to support the global growth of Armstrong Craven.
Catherine will be focused on growing, mentoring and coaching the UK based sales team. Passionate about her work with clients, Catherine will continue to use her expertise in heavy engineering, defence & industrial to oversee key global client relationships.

About Catherine Neville
Catherine joined Armstrong Craven in 2017 and has over 20 years of experience in the talent acquisition space, predominantly within the Industrial and Consumer sectors. Catherine is BSc Hons in Economics and Business Economics.
She is responsible for identifying and growing our Global Industrial client base, developing several key accounts across US, LATAM, EMEA and APAC. Over the last five years, Catherine has worked with clients to create solutions that help solve talent challenges whilst enabling clients to achieve their strategic goals.
