Armstrong Craven is pleased to announce our Vice President, Asia Pacific, Helen Coult, has been listed on HRD Asia - Hot List 2022!

To be eligible, nominees must be operating at the chief or executive vice president level, with at least 10 years of industry experience. They must also have been able to demonstrate initiatives to advance the standing of HR within their organisations.

More than 40 candidates were nominated and just 24 made the hotlist. We are extremely proud to announce that Armstrong Craven’s Helen Coult was one of the select few.

Helen reflected:

“HR and talent teams are striving to take a far more proactive and strategic approach to talent acquisition; there is no choice now – the battle for great talent has intensified enormously due to remote working, border controls, skills shortages and the need for new combinations of skills in order to succeed in this new global business landscape. And that’s where the talent intelligence we provide during the course of our work is so powerful,”

About Helen Coult

With over 17 years of dedicated work in the HR sector, Helen keeps on achieving, and she says the human element of that role is undoubtedly what she enjoys best.

“You can’t control everything, and I actually really like that. There are so many variables – you need to take into account people’s motivations, their background, current situation, how they’ll fit with the business and then the business needs, situation and culture, too.”

Joining the Armstrong Craven team in 2015, Helen has observed the company’s incredible growth over the last 12 months including receiving HRD Asia's 5-Star Excellence Award and expansion into Australia. As a global consultancy, Armstrong Craven provides bespoke talent mapping, insights and pipelining solutions under one roof. Helen detailed that the demand for Armstrong Craven’s talent intelligence and hiring support has grown enormously. With the Great Resignation now underway, that demand is only likely to continue.

Helen believes that Armstrong Craven’s clients love the proposition because it’s cost-effective, rich in insight and truly global. In her role, she works across sectors as well as with business and HR leaders in all kinds of organisations.
