Here at Armstrong Craven, we are excited to announce that our APAC Team is expanding. Joining our experienced Director, Helen Coult, we welcome Martin Retschko. Martin will lead our Australian business as part of our aggressive expansion plans in the Region.
One of 3 new appointments, Martin will be an integral addition to our APAC Team. By applying Martin’s extensive experience, we can develop and build on our existing relationships in Australia and New Zealand, allowing us to work even more closely and collaboratively with our ANZ clients.
This is an exciting time at Armstrong Craven as we continue to develop our team and find new ways to connect with our clients.

An Australian national, Martin has a huge portfolio of industry experience and relationships. With over 15 years’ experience in the Talent Consulting sector, Martin has led consulting, business development and operational teams to success.
Martin’s consulting experience includes:

- Partnering with organisations, solving their critical talent challenges by integrating internal and external talent intelligence
- Client Partner roles in Recruitment Process

- He has also led national teams responsible for Specialist Recruitment and Executive Search
