Armstrong Craven has been featured extensively in the latest issue of HR Director Asia magazine.

Editor Iain Hopkins interviewed AC CEO Matthew Mellor and Director, Asia Pacific, Heather Travis, for the article looking at how businesses are increasingly adopting a more strategic approach to their recruitment.

In the article, Matthew says that organisations that take a proactive approach to talent acquisition usually have a progressive board and strong leadership team with a very clear direction of travel.

Matthew and Heather go on to consider some of the added complexities that exist within the Singapore market and how best to overcome them through strategic talent acquisition.
