At Armstrong Craven, we're pleased to announce we've added to our growing team of highly experienced advisers. Brian Bules has joined Richard Smelt and Tony Vickers-Byrne to help us further develop our strategy and network with the global HR leadership community.

This appointment is another big step in the right direction for us as we continue to grow our global network of advisers. By utilising Brian's experience alongside Richard and Tony, we will get the benefit of their knowledge and expertise as we continue to grow our global business and bring even more value to our clients and partners around the world.

About Brian Bules

Brian has gained diverse international experience throughout his career. After 10 years with Goodyear and 23 years with GlaxoSmithKline, he recently launched his own consultancy firm to advise organizations on their businesses and global talent strategies.  Brian is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in International Business and Finance.  He has worked extensively in American, British, and European markets.  Brian has also fulfilled a broad range of responsibilities in other regions of the world.  During the last 20 years, he held a variety of roles, working with suppliers of consulting, talent, and technology solutions. Throughout his career, he has influenced growth and innovation in the talent and staffing industry to benefit GSK and other companies.  Brian has robust experience in identifying and building mutually beneficial relationships between customers and suppliers, leading to positive outcomes for all organisations involved. 

Brian looks forward to expanding his Non-Executive Board opportunities. He adds Armstrong Craven to his portfolio as he helps us take our next steps in this rapidly-changing business world.
