AC workshop timing: 18th March 2015, 15.30 - 16.50
HOTEL REY JUAN CARLOS I, BARCELONA
Join Armstrong Craven for a workshop on how to create and maintain a talent pool at TENEO’s HR Core Lab 3 event.
Drawing on our proven tools and techniques, this workshop will equip you and your teams to create and manage high-value talent pools. Whether for point-of-need hiring, succession planning, diversity initiatives or future growth, knowing how to target the right talent, engage effectively, create a programme of communication and progress through to hire will inform your talent strategy.
The workshop will also help you to raise your profile as a talent professional, demonstrating you know your market and can act quickly. It will also cover strategies for moving your recruitment practices from being reactive to proactive.
We’ll bring our best-practice experiences of working with some of world’s best-in-class talent teams to support their own talent pooling work as well as where we’ve helped them start from scratch. Using real case study material from blue–chip global projects we will share what works and what doesn’t; not only from an operational point of view but also what we have learned works best in terms of candidate behaviour and preferences.
