Jordi returns to Armstrong Craven as Global Client Partner
Talent mapping and pipelining specialist Armstrong Craven has appointed a new Global Client Partner to its Healthcare and Life Sciences division.
Jordi Pastor returns to Armstrong Craven having previously started his career with the firm as a researcher 17 years ago. He subsequently went on to hold a number of senior positions with organisations in the UK and Europe.
His new role at Armstrong Craven will see him focus on medtech, biotech and private investors.
Armstrong Craven carries out talent mapping, pipelining and insight assignments for many of the biggest global brands in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector.
Olivia Wynn, Armstrong Craven’s Practice Director for Healthcare and Life Sciences, said: “We are delighted that Jordi has returned to the business. He is highly regarded for his knowledge of the sector and deep understanding of the individual motivations and aspirations of key talent.
“The Healthcare and Life Sciences division at AC continues to go from strength to strength and we will have further significant announcements over the coming months.”
Armstrong Craven has seen annual growth of 45% since 2014 as clients look to take a more strategic approach to their talent attraction and retention.
The company, which has offices in the UK and Singapore, has plans to expand its footprint in Europe and the US during the second half of 2017.
Olivia added: “Clients like our more strategic approach to the recruitment of talent. Talent mapping and pipelining enables an organisation to meet immediate requirements while also addressing challenges in attracting and retaining talent for the future.”
