Top 50 Employers for Women Revealed
The Times has unveiled its annual list of the Top 50 Employers for Women.
The list recognises those companies which have demonstrated a strong commitment to diversity, an inclusive workplace and supporting female career progression.
Many of the companies have created and developed their own dedicated programmes and events to ensure the progression of women employees is enshrined in the culture of their organisations.
We are delighted to say that Armstrong Craven has delivered talent mapping, pipelining and insight projects for a number of the businesses that have made the list. Some of these projects have been specifically focussed on helping organisations advance their commitment to diversity.
Matthew Mellor, CEO of Armstrong Craven, said: “It is excellent that The Times and Business in the Community, which manages the list, continue to shine a spotlight on important issues such as diversity and equality in the workplace. Significant progress has been made in recent years but, unquestionably, much work remains to be done.
“We continue to work with corporates in the UK, Europe and globally on diversity initiatives across our key sectors of Financial Services, Professional Services, Technology, Consumer & Industrial and Healthcare & Life Sciences.”
