Securing Critical Talent for a Seamless Global Product Strategy

Our client approached Armstrong Craven to conduct an extensive talent map across 11 global markets and targeted five key competitors to support our client in overcoming their challenge of swiftly securing critical talent for a series of significant oncology product launches.

Background & Scope 

The launch of significant oncology products in 11 markets requires the TA team to develop collateral, such as maps, to support their ambitious hiring plans across the Medical and Marketing teams. Acquiring the appropriate talent in line with the launch program is crucial to mitigate potential risks to the bottom line.


The Outcome

We conducted targeted research on five key competitors by utilising various methods such as desk research, online research, and telephone research across multiple job families and levels. The client's identity was kept confidential throughout the research process. The final output was delivered that included a comprehensive analysis of the market.

We created a map of 1500 names spread across 5 competing entities in 11 different countries. Additionally, we have an extensive report detailing the demographics of the talent involved.

Furthermore, ongoing hires have not incurred any additional costs. Although the map is still in use, we anticipate hiring more staff, which will enable us to achieve cost neutrality.
