Ian leads a large global team partnering with some of the most well-known names in Technology, Industrial and Healthcare to provide outsourced talent scouting programmes. Ian specialises in leading Agile teams in complex environments with a goal of overachieving on the client's expectation, he is experienced at incorporating his team into the fabric of the client’s business for maximum success. Prior to Armstrong Craven, he worked in global executive search and talent pipelining both externally and in-house. Ian holds a BA (Hons) degree in Organisation Studies from the University of Central Lancashire.
